When checking out please use "PAY LATER" as your shipping method. We'll contact you by phone for shipping charges and box fees when your order is ready to ship.You'll get an email confirmation when your order is placed. Check it for errors and contact us to make any corrections.

     Please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, part number (SKU#), and part description and fabrication option (fiberglass, lightweight fiberglass, carbon fiber). 50% deposit required to start your order. Pay Hairy Glass with a cashiers check or money order. Personal checks are accepted but may delay your order. We will call you about the balance when the order is ready.

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    Please read our, ORDERING and RETURN POLICY before placing your order

    ALL PARTS ARE BUILT TO ORDER.

    If you'd prefer to arrange shipping yourself please contact us by email or phone when your order is placed.

    Customer pickups are welcome during regular business hours. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice after we have confirmed your order is ready.

    Our website does not calculate shipping cost for your order.  When checking out please use "PAY LATER" as your shipping method.

    Hairy Glass will arrange for your order to be shipped through one of our many carriers. We'll work at getting you the best rate possible.

    There will also be a box fee added to your order. This will be due before shipment is made.

    We will arrange shipping and contact you for shipping and box fees payment.

    **Upon arrival of your shipment open it immediately and inspect all parts for damage! **

    If damage is found there are 2 options.

    1) Refuse delivery. Tell the driver to take it back. Give us a call and we'll handle it from there. We'll get replacement parts under construction ASAP and file a claim with the carrier.

    2) Take delivery. Have the driver note the bill of lading of all the damage before signing. And ask for a claim form.  All of our shipments are insured for the full amount of the contents. If damage is minimal and you want to repair it, you can file a claim to recover your cost to repair. The Bill of Lading MUST BE NOTED!

    Failure to follow these options leaves you responsible for ALL cost of repairs or replacement.

     

    Canceled orders are subject to a restock fee. (see Returns policy)

    International shipping

     

    We do not arrange international shipping, However, we can package for international shipments. You will need to arrange shipment through a broker.

    We recommend using Prefomance Plus for shipping outside of the Continental US (https://pplusglobal.com/ )

    RETURNS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

    Return Policy

    Order Cancellations

    Contact us by phone to cancel your order for a full refund. 15% restocking fee on fiberglass, 25% on carbon fiber if order is at any stage of in production.

    Returns

    You can return an item within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

    Shipping Charges are Non-refundable and Return Shipping is on the Customer

    Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, custom ordered (hood mounted, front end/hood extensions, shaved door handles, ect.). These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

    15% restocking fee applies to all fiberglass products, 25% for carbon fiber products.

     Damaged shipments

    Open and inspect your shipment for damage immediately upon arrival!
    If damage is found, there are 2 options.

    2) Take delivery.

    Ask the drive to list all damages on the bill of lading before signing and taking delivery, Also ask for a claim form..All shipments are insured for the full amount of the contents. If damage is minimal and you want to repair it,  You can file a claim to recover the cost of repairs including your materials and labor.

    Note: The bill of lading must be noted of ALL damage!

     Return Shipping

    To initiate a return, please call us at 904 751 3459 to discuss the return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. The customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the value of the items. Hairy Glass is not responsible for any damage on returned shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 15444 Max Leggett Parkway, Jacksonville, FL, 32218.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    After we have received your valid return, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by us (in accordance with the above), we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

    By not complying with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
