If for any reason you need to cancel your online order please contact us as soon as possible for a full refund. If your order has reached production at any point there may be a 15% restocking fee charged.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, custom ordered (hood mounted, front end/hood extentions, shaved door handles, ect.). These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

When you receive your shipment open it immediately and inspect all parts for damage! If damage is found you have 2 options.
1) Refuse delivery.
Tell the driver to take it back. Give us a call and we'll handle it from there. We will get replacement parts under construction ASAP and file a claim with the carrier.
2) Take delivery.
All our shipments are insured for the full amount of the contents. If damage is minimal and you want to repair it, Have the driver note the bill of lading of all the damage before signing and taking delivery. And ask for a claim form. You can file a claim to recover the cost of repairs. Again! The Bill Of Lading Must be Noted!
Failure to follow these options leaves you responsible for ALL cost of repairs or replacement.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
The customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the value of the items. Hairy Glass is not responsible for any damage on returned shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges
After we have received your valid return, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by us (in accordance with the above), we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
